Artist History GAGE shared a vision of a powerful, uncompromising sound that combines rap, alternative rock, punk and hardcore. GAGE’s music is as hard hitting as it is melodic and is based around strong, memorable, intensely emotional songs. The band’s live performance is equally as powerful, physical and passionate. GAGE has headlined all the major venues in Boston including shows at the Paradise Rock Club, Axis, Mama Kin, Bill's Bar, and the Middle East. GAGE has also opened up for such acts as The Mighty Mighty Bosstones and Godsmack. GAGE was selected from over 10,000 entries to play in the Ticketmaster Showcase at Lupo’s Heartbreak Hotel in Providence, Rhode Island. GAGE has released three CD’s which include the He Will Come, Scissor and Silent Movie Type. Several songs from these releases have found their way onto the local radio playlists of many Boston college and commercial stations such as WBCN, WFNX, WAAF. GAGE has played at the Vans Warped Tour.
