Artist History
The group is the brainchild of Tom DeKorte (guitars) and Chris Lewis (drums).
The two grew up in Lake Hopatcong, NJ and share a list of
influences that range from Bob Marley and Led Zeppelin to Outer Space..... Tom's
twisted sounding guitar leads and Chris' equally reactive hard-hitting, sometimes
ambient percussion is the principal sound of the band. A team for more than ten
years they went through a variety of line up changes before finding the third
permanent. In the winter of '93 Kevin McFarquhar (vocals), a fellow classmate,
joined the band. The music invokes the power of his voice and the passion of his
words. Finally rounding off the line-up, long time friend, William Handlin (bass)
became the final member in Feb '98. His introduction begins the bands next
evolution. |
