Artist History -At age 15, Queens native MIKE REKA was freestyling on streets throughout New York City. What he saw and lived manifested itself into a unique rhyming style. In 1993 MIKE REKA along with FEBS, MECK & SETH formed Gloc 718. REKA then put together an analog studio and began producing for a number of underground mc's in queens and throught the 5. In 1997 REKA collaborated with his brother JOE-SKI (an acomplished musician) to form the "FALSADOOM." A group that incorperated classic hip-hop and real life with a melange of new sounds and styles. -Today MIKE REKA, JOE-SKI, along with ILLSEED ENTERTAINMENT are writing and producing tracks with relatable, poetic lyrics that trancend all musical barriers. -For REKA, as he states it, "It's my life, my style - this is me.
