Artist description Tan Gello is a diverse, four-piece, electric/acoustic band from Mississippi. The bulk of this band has been together, in one form or another, for about 20 years. Our blend of blues, rock, and folk music gels with a broad range of people. Tan Gello is influenced by such artists as ZZ Top, Led Zeppelin, Stone Temple Pilots, and Eric Clapton. We play classic rock, alternative, and blues covers, but we also like to slip in some original tunes when we can. The song Get In the Vibe was written by Tan Gello specifically for the "Pontiac" contest. From the funky beat of the congas and driving bass to sweet mandolin and soulful guitar, we have the music for you. Tan Gello performs a professional show that leaves a taste in your mouth for more.
