Artist description
FPT Express is a one man project dedicated to the art of guitar. The 90's abandoned lead guitar and brought about the use of the dropped tuning fade. FPT Express brings back guitar the way it was meant to be played. Hard rock rythyms entertwined with soaring lead work. Down home blues with some of the gritiest lead work around. Heavy metal Club tunes full of the Fender Stratocaster sound. We have decide to do the opposite of the cloned 90's bands by taking out most of the lyrics and actually playing the guitar. No dropped tunings, no overdubbed samples, and no whining vocals. These songs kick and kick hard. If your into the 70's and 80's guitar sound you'll love FPT Express. By the way, it's not for the faint at heart. |

Artist History
Frank Traficanti has been jamming from Chicago to Atlanta for 20 years. Now retired from the club scene he is dedicating his time to his in-house recording effort. The Warrior is his first fully original project. Recorded at home with no sampling, overdubs or leadless tunes, Frank set out to bring out the lead guitar instead of hiding it under the drone of mindless chunk chords. The music is a refreshing taste of the old and the new with the emphasis simple on the guitar. i |
