Artist description I love films, the name comes from the fact that most of my music is very like a film, long, and is made from emotion rather then theory. I use brand new production methods, using sounds from the around me, you see i like to create atmosphere. I have more in common with a film maker then an artist like Prince (for example). I work with sound rather then with a studio of bullshit. I use a powerful laptop with thousands of dollers in music software. Before I had a studio with an MPC2000XL, and a shit load of stuff, but now I can do it all on the move and on one place, my laptop. This setup helps also when i travel around to sample real sounds like traffic or birds for example. My influences are very wide, I listen everything from Mobb Deep, Roots Manuva, to Miles Davis, Squarepusher and Mouse On Mars. Its so important to listen to everthing, or anything that is interesting and intelligent. But mostly I am a lover of Hip-hop, Electronic/Trip-hop, Drum & Bass, Jazz/Funk, and Garage.

Artist History Half Italian, born in Hammersmith, London in 1983, I started working with music not until the late 90's. After doing some undergound Drum and Bass/Dance tunes, which reached cult stutus on the internet in 1999, including the award winning 'Methods'. I changed styles to Hip-hop, working on a series of instrumentals called 'Principality' for several MCs. Then after a few colabs with rappers in Germany, Canada, USA and the UK, I was producing hits for underground artists all over the world. I left the Hip-hop scene in 2001, leaving a line of well connected MCs which moved on to work with Mud Fam, New Flesh, and Public Enemy producers in the US. I spent the last year working with experimental Norway music producers. Along with that some live shows with a Black poet, Now with a debut EP finished and making the rounds from Norway to Italy, I stand as a solo artist for the first time.
