Artist History
"Songwriters and musicians are very different from the rest of the world. You realize this the first time you sing your own melody over a G major chord. This is when it clicks. Unfortunately, I have been a musician all my life, but only in the past 5 years did I start writing and singing my own songs. Once this transformation took place I was consumed with the entire process. It was amazing how much I changed during this time."-Michael P. Ryan
The tracks featured on this site are very much "works in progress" and feature a true vision of the song through this artists' heart and soul. Over the past year work has started on a full length album which features most of these songs along with a few collaborations with other Upstate NY artists.
