Artist description
SEAN MURTY is a musician/television actor who lives in Vancouver, B.C., Canada, and has appeared in "Da Vincis Inquest"(CBC), "UC:Undercover" (NBC) for Danny De Vito, and Gene Rodenberry's "ANDROMEDA". Sean has just recently completed working with Producer MARCUS MARTIN on his new EP "HYDRO". Sean grew up in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, and moved to Vancouver to pursue, what else, a woman. It all worked out though, depending on how you look at it. Sean traveled to London, England in the spring of '95 and came home with the determination and drive to learn an instrument. Namely, acoustic guitar. Up until this point, he had been a lyricist/vocalist at the beck and call of other peoples musical expressions. The more he heard what was on the radio, the more he thought, "Well, I'm atleast as bad as that!" And he became pretty adept at the guitar. His voice is said to be a cross between David Bowie and that of the lead singer in Radiohead. His music is unlike anything you're likely to hear from any of todays artists. Not that they haven't got something going for them,...it's just that they're not SEAN MURTY! Representation contact for SEAN MURTY is Roxanne Kinsman at Kirk Talent, Vancouver,B.C., Canada. 604 682 5351 |
