Artist description
Influenced by such rock n' roll legends as The Rolling Stones, Aerosmith, Led Zeppelin, Guns n' Roses and Black Sabbath. Rattlesnake Remedy is carrying the torch for rock n' roll into the 21st century. Their music is as decadent and hard hitting as every generation of rock bands should be, with a stage show stronger than any of their peers. Whether it's hip-driven innuendo, soaring vocal melodies or fast, catchy rock n' roll; Rattlesnake Remedy has something for everyone.

Artist History
Over the past year the band have played various venues in and around Birmingham and appeared on local radio. They recently recorded an independent 10 track album at Creative in London and after a small line-up change are in the process of securing a record deal. Aged between 19 and 21, Rattlesnake Remedy comprises a tight-knit group of talented musicians with more attitude than Motley Crue, and the full intent to bring rock and roll back for good. |

Press Reviews
I arrived at Barco just in time to see Rattlesnake Remedy fire up their first high-octane number. My immediate reaction was "They're too good! They must be using tapes!" They weren't though - every note of their perfect twin Les Paul sound was real and authentic, and crafted with a precision that was mind-blowing. In looks (the long hair, flowing stage costumes, low-slung guitars, bags of attitude and swagger) and sound they were like one of the great Southern Boogie outfits of the late 70s. There are plenty of acts out there who emulate that style and sound, but the difference is that these guys delivered! They oozed confidence and stage presence, as though they've trod the boards for 20 years or more. They should be playing the NEC, not a pub in Solihull! |
