The group originated in Eaton, Ohio, a small city close to Dayton, Ohio by Wyatt Michael and Samuel Atkinson. The music of only makebelieve is released through Makebelieve Music, the label owned and operated by W. Michael and S. Atkinson. The group is managed and produced by W. Michael and S. Atkinson. only makebelieve is currently at work in their home recording studio to release "Polarities", their new full length album sometime this year.
