I found Bad Stuff thoroughly endearing! At first I thought it was just gonna be an edgy noisefest (not that there's anything wrong with that) but it really developed a nice thematic kind of evolution...
Of course, I'm only a little over half-way through the 12 minute, 1 chord song... so we'll see how the endearment holds up.

I ended up liking it pretty well. Mind you, I usually reserve greater-than-four-minute listening blocks for your Coltranes and your Mileses (because your Monks often come in not much over four, thank you very much)... but, yeah, I was still pretty filled with endearment even by the end of the term.
And it's the kind of thing that can be totally killer live with the right smokey ambience, faulty lighting and low ceilings (a strobe light would be nice, too; set it to the caution: epileptics setting).
