Artist description Im 16 now, driving age, couple years from drinking age, yet I still feel the same, odd isnt it? Im from the big t-dot-o (Toronto) I have lived here all my life and will most likely not leave. My music is a reflection of inner self and deep thoughts i have. I make it because i am good at it, i love to hear a swell of strings or a well placed synth and think to myself "that was me who put that there". Thats why i keep composing, not for anyone else, only for myself and myself only. Im about 5'9 with red hair, skinny, dont look too special (i get called "cute" a lot, whatever that means). Im horrible at school because im lazy. I dont care much for math and science, which is ironic because both my parents are scientists. So my future is in music. I have always been gifted with music, from a young age i enjoyed listening to such artists as mozart and bach while all the kids listened to raffi and sharon louis and bram. I started piano and hated it like i hated anything else that required work, so i started drumming, drumming was good for... 4 years but then that also became a chore so i started piano again. So im playing piano again and trying to pull off a grade 7 before i graduate from high school (im at like grade 4 now). I listen to everything, and when i say everything i MEAN everything. Everything from Mozart and Handle to Creed and Nickleback to Moby and Oakenfold to Joel and Myers to Diddy and Rule and back to Bach and Mozart. I love music, in every way shape and form, its a part of me, music takes me away from life, away from friends and enemys, away from parents and siblings, away from teachers and politicians. Music is a getaway that everyone can experiance. Its like a trip to cuba but cheaper and more complete. Music is welded deep in my soul, i am music, it is me, my music is mine, but my music is yours too. Artist History I have been a musician all my life, but i havent really acted upon it and let it explode as much as i have lately. Piano for about 4 years (only got to grade 4-ish, i was a horrible student) then drums for 4 years, and back to piano again now. Thats about it, i was born November 10th 1986.
