Artist History Evan was bored on day. He called Alan and said, Alan, come down to my house. Alan was like, "Dude, dont know." Evan was all, "Dude, lets do a side project, called Oceans of Mercy." Evan and Alan are also in a hardcore band called Fade to Black, also on mp3...Oceans of Mercy was a name recommended by Dante of the Nerve Agents. Thanks man
