the Jesus Fish Evolution is a literate, youthful,
humorous and aggressive 5 piece rock and roll band from Brooklyn New York,
with influences from all corners of rock n' roll, and a stage show that
evokes The Rolling Stones and The Stooges. They combine hyperactive punk
drums, with classic rock guitars and eccentric lyricism. |

Artist History
Abe, Zac and Jamie met in 4th grade, by junior high school,
they had discovered rock music, they were learning instruments and met a
young bosnian named Zlatan Pobric, who they christened Z-Pac. He also played
drums. By high school, Doug Carey joined on bass and the Jesus Fish Evolution
were born. They played several brooklyn venues including hard rock club
L'Amours where they opened for punk pioneers the Dead Kennedys. |
