Artist History The very first ialac practice, which took place in Doug's basement in June of 2001, consisted of everybody messing around on the drums and no real attmept at being a band. After Alex left, John played drums and we covered Weezer songs with a bad microphone plugged into a guitar amp. It didn't look good for ialac. However, around a month later, in Zac's room, Doug, John, and Zac wrote the very first ialac song ever. Bodylicious. Fast forward to nearly the end of summer. ialac got their collective shit together and made a song out of bodylicious, and things took off from there. They continued writing some songs, and even played Steve Hanby's birthday party. Fast forward about two months, ialac's first show took place at Midgard Comics w/ the likes of Summer's Still Young and Christiansen. Ialac has consistently played shows since then and have been having lots of fun.
