Artist History
The GriMey Kidz were first started in early 2002 by ShAkEz and C-Leon.
They then expanded, Bringing in new talent F.r.e.e Lynx, which added
even more diversity to the already well blended group. F.r.e.e Lynx
and ShAkEz have always been allied with StreetFare entertainment, which
is owned and managed by Spit Fire. After realizing how Spit Fire blended
with the GriMey Kidz, they proposed and offer to him, allowing him in the
now four man group. Some might ask, "are they going to have any more members
in the future?". The group has absolutley no plans on adding anyone else into
its household, considering their already making big moves and are focused and well
kept. In reply to some calling them the next
big thing, They simply say, they have been the big thing ever since
they joined forces to become such a unique, artistic, yet
amazingly radio friendly group. They recieve alot of anomisity from
the underground scene, complaining their to predictable, but as F.r.e.e
Lynx likes to say, "It is not a carbon copy to speak about
life, infact its only following a trend or
joining a bandwagon if your speaking about someone elses"
With that in mind, Peep the GriMey Kidz out, and
keep it GriMey... |
