Artist History
Energy, Mind, and Soul. Three words to describe Drama Queen. These ladies perform from the heart, and their souls shine through their music. Drama Queen is truly a gathering of five incredibly talented female musicians from Indiana who have been performing music together since 1989, when the band was known as "The Girls".
As The Girls, they traveled many highways and graced music venues together throughout the Midwest, South and Southeast United States, including various regions of Canada. The band was flown out to well known Las Vegas rock clubs such as The Moby Grape, The Main Gate and Club Rock to perform their show twice a year.
This powerful and dynamic all female band rocks just as good as the guys and are back in the spotlight, better than ever. As Drama Queen, these ladies have recorded two successfully selling, all original CD's.
Two of Drama Queen's songs from their first CD have already had repeated local radio airplay, the band has performed live on the Fox 59 Television Morning Show, played for the well known John Mellencamp birthday celebration, known as Mellenbash, and also have acquired quite a following of faithful fans.
And it's not surprising that fans love Drama Queen, as with every live show, these talented rockers give it their all and deliver a high energy performance with incredible vocals, musicianship, and stage presence.
