Musical Influences DJ Ryceburner ; )

Artist History I started to get interested in mixing music around November/December 2001 when I heard a few songs mixed by DJ Ryceburner. His mixes are nice with great effects and melody. Throughout then, he has pointed out some artists that I should check out like DJ Mystik, DJ Epic, Rollergirl, Daddy DJ, and much much more. The more I hear songs by these artists, my motivation of learning to mix music grew tremendously. Around May 2002, Amaury, a friend of mine, hooked me up with some software programs that would give me the ability to mix songs, add effect...that kind of thing. From there, I started mixing music. The first song I mixed turned out pretty well. I built up my skills and almost immediately finished another mix. It just kept going and going. Throughout my hobby of mixing songs, I thought about gettin' the songs out to the public to see whether my songs are good or not. And so, around the end of June 2002, I got this site running up. Many have said that my music is good, which is nice. Of course, I know I need to improve a whole lot more to reach the various elite DJ's out there. Hmm, I don't plan to make a carrer out of djing and all...it's all messin' around and havin' fun here. I'll be keepin' it real and kickin' my skills to the fullest =P.
