Artist description Miasma is a four-piece rock group based in the Marshfield, MA area. The concept is to get together a group of friends with different but overlapping tastes in music. Pat’s subtle but biting voice reminisces of 80’s metal, PJ’s simple funked up basslines add power, Adam’s sonic guitar to the heavy biting crunch gives it life, and Jarvis’ hard hitting drum style keeps the beat and drives the rest of them. What came out is a rather eclectic mix of metal, funk, pop, punk, and rock. They are heavily influenced by the bands the Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Metallica, and most of all Incubus. Their only desire is to play music they enjoy and hopefully others will enjoy it too...
