Artist History
Formed in late 1998 Statica has begun it's life as a project that aspires to utilize studio resources as a creative tool while maintaining old school pop-songsmith values. Leader Martin Blasick has cranked out many projects in his ProTools based project studio, including producing albums for Ufo Bro, Brent Fraser, and Ten Pound Troy. Most of the time the technology served pre-existing songs. This time out Martin wanted to take the time to really play with some of the new toys that are available as software sound manipulators or sound sources. |
