Artist History
1993 -- Max Goina (drums, razors and assorted percussions, including the empty heads of many politicians) and Carlo Fantoni (bass guitar, screams and lead vocals) meet guitar player (seems cool) Giancarlo Travani (but it is not). They do not kill one another. The band is born. They are interested in Primus, funk, afro and arabian music and percussions, using italian lyrics. For two years they give a number of concerts in Italy and Slovenia. -- 1995 -- The guitar player Giancarlo leaves the band (he is pregnant - had been raped by 23 women on a bicycle). Alessio Bratina (guitar and gentle killing) is engaged. Rha perform live again. They record a demo called "Namanamagnimi" and a video-bootleg of a live performance. -- 1996/97 -- Rha drift towards Postcore music. They are in the Recording Studio for their first CD called "Danze". -- 1997 -- Guitar and sex player Alessio Bratina leave the band, Massimo "Caffe" Sanson (guitar and blood) is engaged. Massimo gives to the band a more obsessive sound with industrial influences. -- 1998 -- The trio add a new guitar player to the line-up: Matteo "Ote" Pasino. RHA becomes a quartet. ( RHAZ ? ) Ote gives to the band a rhythmic sound of noises, and apple pies. -- 1999 -- In May guitar player Massimo has to leave the band, that is again a trio. Rha re-arrange all songs for only one guitar in the line-up and start the recording of a new album called "Fotogrammi dell'essere" (beeing photograms). They are inserted into two international compilations around U.S.A, Japan, Australia and New Zeland (see details from RHA official website http://www.revolvingimage.com/rhaband). The songs are: "Lo Sfollagente" (the nightstick), "Emarginazioni" (alienations), "Il Dio Molesto" (troublesome god) and "L'occupazione di un Corpo" (body rent). The New Zeland band NADIR supported "The Nightstick" as best MP3 of the week. Since October 20th to October 31th "Troublesome God" was in the MP3.COM Hard Core Metal TOP 10, getting the 3rd rank in genre. -- 2001 -- The line up has changed again, Matteo Pasino has been kiked by the band and now Massimo "Cafe'" Sanson has rejoined his old guitar player position.
