Artist History GenePool, guitarist, lead vocalist, and primary composer in the band, was recently transplanted from Vermont to Texas. His abilities to hear multiple parts simultaneously, coupled with chops that belie his age of 22, combine to create multi-level, poly-stylistic original music.Seven D'one, also a writing force in the band, plays 6-string bass and sings backing vocals. Seven D'one has developed a unique style and a voice of his own working with such artists as Kacy Crowley (Atlantic), David Rice (Sony Columbia), and Dahebegebees.KeelGood's ability to make poly-rhythms actually groove secures him as the ideal drummer for AlterEdent. His ear for cohesive songs and arrangements, coupled with his studio production and engineering skills, have proven invaluable in shaping the music on CD and on stage.
