Artist History
Some time ago, Tony and Marc met in a dingy Albany, NY basement party where Marc's then band, the Dead Ends, was playing. Tony's band, 81 Tranz Am, was in desperate need of a new drummer, so he stole The Dead End's drummer Mikey. After the Dead Ends fell apart, Marc later replaced Mikey as the new drummer for 81 Tranz Am. After getting the boot and some years later, Marc and Tony met up in a bar. Tony had broken up 81 Tranz Am, and was looking to start something new. So Marc and Tony teamed up again, this time with both on guitar. They settled on a drummer, but never found a bassist they were really happy with. After playing together as Indiana for 6 months, they decided their current drummer just wasn't cutting it anymore. Enter Cory. Cory was they answer that Marc and Tony had been searching for. After 2 short months together, Tony, Marc and Cory have a new CD out (The Innocent and the Ugly), and Indiana sounds better than ever... bassist or no bassist! |
