Artist History
The Philadelphia based rock band Jekyll's Twin got it's start in January of 2002. Started when Ed and Dave Markowski decided to leave their current project, Boathouse Row, and begin a new project with former band mate Chuck Pyatt. Having a long musical history together the three of them got right back on track as if they never missed a beat.
It wasn't long before Todd Bailey join the band on lead vocals. Todd's experience with in the Philadelphia original scene helped to keep the band on a forward momentum. Rounding out the line up, Rob McMann joined Jekyll's Twin on lead guitar. Rob quickly fit in with the band adding a level of talent to the band which quickly brought JT to the next level of music evolution.
Together the write good old-fashioned rock and roll with a modern touch. When it comes to song writing they each have many and varied influences. From Mozart to Metallica they all listen to a little bit of everything. Which is reflected greatly in the music they write. They always strive to be as eclectic as possible in their song writing. This helps them stay fresh and new with every song they write. Which also gives them a wide and varied audience. Every one can find something like in their music.
