Artist description The four member alternative rock band, Neptune Drowning was formed in the late fall of 2001 bringing together previous members of the bands Dreams Landing from Lakeland, FL and Signal 1 from Melbourne, FL. Collectively they have a total of over six years playing live including three regional tours.
