Artist History Actual name of the band is Lucky 13 but this name is taken many times over already. Don't be fooled, this is the real Lucky 13. Founded in 1988 by Pat Miccolis, Travis Laschoeber and an unnamed drummer this band has gone on and off over the years. Recently (over the last year and a half)Lucky 13 has jumped back off the ground and is Chicagos biggest and best up and coming blues band.
