Artist description The Band Friday Ghetto consists of two individuals who create music with an electronica pulse that drives far beyond the normal range of normal instrumentation. Ex- band members from Slowburner” and Taro Patch, Jeff Baker and Jeff Banchansky traded guitar, bass and drum duties while writing all of the songs. This lead to the formation of Friday Ghetto where they combine their writing talent with new sounds from untraditional sources to make a fresh form of electronic music. Jeff Baker writes, arranges and plays the guitar, drums, synths, bass, cello, trumpet and trombone. Though a proficient lyricists he has chosen not to exercise this ability on this particular project as of yet. Jeff Banchansky has produced guitar, bass, drums, samples, synth, and noise for this project. His all encompassing ability and motivation made him and asset to Friday Ghetto.

Artist History Friday Ghetto is a project born out of frustration, boredom, and the not-wanna-deal-with-more-than-one-person mentality. It is a collection of sounds stitched together using various programs, instruments, papers, and beer. It Is uncarefully arranged by two people hoping to build a solid fan base of at least 10 people a year, with a multi-million dollar merchandizing franchise blossoming from this.
