Artist History
earthman represents the first movement by darren logan into the realms of "electronica" via the use of whatever cheap or borrowed equipment the poor guy could summon up. all recorded on a tascam cassette 4-track with no computers or sequencing (outside of the use of a borrowed Boss DR5 drum machine which was manipulated & tortured live thru various effects). originally released as a 100 minute cassette and now available as a double cd with bonus tracks. disc one being a continuous and extremely organic symphony of multiple styles, and disc two being of a more conventional ambient dub nature. structurally inspired by albums such as FSOL's ISDN |
