Artist History DJ Specy started recording music in 1982 when he was 7. His first song was about ET. Back then, trance (or even house) did not yet exist. A few years later he continued writing songs, including a number of rap, classical, rock and finally gabber house songs. In 1996, for a short period he worked at the Dutch radio station Weird Titan Radio, where he had a gabber house and a hardrock program. He stopped writing songs in 1998 because of a lack of time. In 2002, DJ Specy started working for Weird Titan Radio again, where he hosts a hard trance program. Because he wasn't too happy about most of the trance that he heard ("it's all the same thing!"), he started writing his own songs again.
