Artist History
Howard Bowler-Howard has been playing professionally since he was sixteen, and was a regular at CBGB's with a group called Marbles. He is presently the Vice-President in charge of the Tape Center, which is the Audio arm of Grey Advertising Worldwide.
David Bowler-He played with Howard through all those years around NYC and on two cross-country tours. He and Howard write most of the songs, heavily influenced by the lyrical intensity of the Bobs (Dylan & Marley). He has recently started his own wholesale wine distribution business.
Michael Pontecorvo-The latest addition to the ensemble, Mike has received his of formal training at the Berkeley school of Music in Boston. He spent his college years doing what he should-playing in a blues band. His musical maturity shows on stage with his energy, and in rehearsals with his arrangement ideas. He presently works as a managing director for ABC news.
Partha (Donald C. DeVoe) has been playing music in one form or other since the fifth grade, when he played trumpet in the school band that had 13 trumpets-and no other instruments! Then he played clarinet for three years and did a short stint on piano. However, the drum became his main love. He cut his teeth playing congas with the "old heads" in Central Park, learning the nuances of various drums and percussion instruments from around the world. He is an accountant during the day for an ad production company in SOHO. |
