Artist description
And the Apostle stood upon the hill surrounded by the curious and the weak of heart. And he spoke to them, "Come yee, and listen to the sounds that shall heal thy wounds and thy souls."
And from his sack he pulled a long axe-shaped instrument with six strings, and proceeded to plug it into the Marshall stack convienently pearched at the top of the hill. And when he sang the heavens smiled down upon him, the light bathing him and his diciples in a warm glow that only enhanced the aural sensations from the hilltop.
And the songs told stories about lost loves, forgotten dreams, promises that weren't kept... all bathed in a sense of longing and a crescent moon of hope. And when the Apostle was finished singing he gently hugged all those who had gathered round to hear his message, and then was gone.
And the small number of people who had witnessed this happening spoke of it for the rest of their lives in a state of awe. They prayed that others would have the chance to bear witness to such revelation as they had that fateful evening long passed.
They were lucky indeed.
