Artist description Performance is a three-piece oceanic rock band from London who aim to restore some beauty, melody and intelligence to today's tepid angst-rock music scene. Performance comprises Lucy-Sian Clarke (vocals, guitars), Simon Friend (guitars, keyboards, programming) and Roy Webber (bass): three like-minded musicians who decided that the only way to hear the music they love is to make it themselves. The Performance sound combines sequenced electronic rhythms and samples with traditional guitar, bass and vocals to produce a uniquely beautiful, organic live sound that has been compared to New Order, Slowdive and even Pink Floyd!
