Artist description
27-year-old Jonathan Andrews has a bright future ahead of him. The influences that go into his music combine to form a style that is not only different, but abundant in sincerity and emotion. Jonathan grew up in Shreveport, Louisiana playing mostly blues and gospel music, but heavily influenced by the sounds of the Beatles, Sting, Paul Simon, Stevie Wonder, and the Stone Temple Pilots. He attended LSU Baton Rouge after graduating high school, but left after two years to pursue a career in music. He found himself finishing school as a music major at Belmont University in Nashville, TN, and has lived in Nashville ever since. A singer/songwriter/guitarist/pianist, Jonathan Andrews is not only a profoundly talented artist, but his combination of a fresh sound, genuine artistic integrity, and commercial appeal is sure to please many in the years to come. |
