Artist History
Previously signed to a small label (Maire Music & Media), wooDLawn and their former label have parted ways. The band has recenlty finished recording, mixing, and mastering their second full length CD, Sliver, and are shopping it to labels in Germany.
wooDLawn is unique in the Gothic scene. All at once they're electronic, heavy, groovy, melodic, melancholy, and twisted. The songs drive and make you want to dance, sway, and trace, but are at the same time melodic and memorable. These qualities have helped them to play as support for some of Germany's biggest Goth/Heavy acts like Tanzwud, Subway to Sally, Megaherz, and Die Happy. wooDLawn has played throughout Europe extensively, and the new album, Sliver, is just the thing to take them to the next level. |
