Artist description
Orchard was formed around the idea; art transcends all forms of communication. Together, as a band, not only do we create music, but extend our energy through other art forms. Musically, we compile our thoughts, ideas, and personalities to create something intimate and honest. We loosely share the philosophies of the punk movement, Socrates, Carl Jung, and Timothy Leary, but are also constantly revising the past.
Orchard emerged from the average late 20th century American family. Since childhood, art captured our minds and sparked our imagination. Music, being the most dominant medium of art in each of our households, has changed something inside each of us. This change, at first unrecognizable, now challenges each one of us to create. Using this creativity as inspiration, the evolution of Orchard began.
