Artist description exitroom is the latest project of two accomplished and highly experienced musicians. pooling their various musical tastes and backgrounds, their songs are melodic and soulful, their lyrics insightful, their playing grooves with warmth and passion. they are a collection of longtime friends, whose association, talent and understanding of each other naturally progressed into founding the band in january of 2002. their influences include u2 and radiohead.

Group Members kris lynch has been involved in music since he was ten. beginning with the drums, adding guitars five years ago, he then moved on to the bass. with six years of playing in bands under his belt, his refined rhythmic instinct is a key factor in the exitroom story. justin broad has been singing and playing in bands for fifteen years. he has a wide range of experience, with formal training including three years of private vocal tuition and two years full time study of contemporary vocal techniques and musicianship at the school of creative arts in sydney. he has worked as a session singer in sydney with erina clark, and has been teaching singing for seven years.
