Artist description Thomas Assarsson has a background in rock, gospel and blues and has played in cover bands for several years. Anders Österberg is a native of Norrköping Sweden, originally classically trained 'cello player. Since the mid-70s he has played pieces like e.g. 'Cello concerto by Boccherini. In the mid-80:s he took an interest in improvised music on the 'Cello as well as the Mandolin, influenced by such diverse sources as early Genesis, Pat Metheny, J.S. Bach and Irish traditional band Planxty, at the same time starting out composing his own tunes.

Music Style Pop Vocals influenced by traditional, classical, jazz music on one hand and blues and rock&roll on the other hand.

Artist History Blue Lime started this spring and combines two musical backgrounds of classical, traditional, gospel, rock and blues music. Anders Österberg and Thomas Assarsson met in the gospel choir they both participate in, made a couple of minor gigs and decided to start recording some music together. Their somewhat diverse musical background makes for an interesting and different sound.
