Artist History " It's september 2001, and we already had a couple of songs written in another setting. David , Lydwin and Cor were the founders of Solemnus, and were later accompanied by Roel, Tim and Roe- land. When Cyriel came back from his absent time, we started to explore the music we already had and made some new additions to make it all a bit more in our improved style. We now were 7 indivi- duals with our own visions and own ways of expres- sion. Half a year later we recorded our 4-track demo called "A Nightshade Symphony", in which we all made our individual experiences collide into a musical journey throughout the depths of our minds. We are now a group of musicians who, com- bined into SolemnuS, make it possible to get through to the minds, the hearts and the mystical interests of our audience, in which we proudly present the path to our new dimension where we all can dream away into a world of myth, lore and mystery..."

Group Members SolemnuS consists of 7 members: David (keys), Lydwin (vocals), Cor (drums), Roel (vocals), Tim (bass), Roeland (guitars) and Cyriel (lead gui- tars).
