Artist History "You can try to escape it, but it never truly leaves your soul once you start playing." This is Robbe Foxx' (aka ROFO) opinion of music after attempting to step aside, leave music, and live a "normal life with a normal job" --whatever those are. ROFO is the "Electronic Side" of Robbe Foxx, a Musician -- Guitarist, Singer, Songwriter -- now for going on 15 years, (minus a short break) and has never felt inspired as much as he currently is. ROFO is so different from the Pop/Rock music he normally creates, mainly created using Computer Programmed tracks and Keyboard -- but no less inspired. Early influences were mainly guitar inspired Pop & Rock, but with ROFO, Robbe adds influences such as Modern Trance/Rave and mixes it with Earlier Keyboard bands such as Depeche Mode. With ROFO, Robbe's composition style is also heavily influenced by his stint studying Music at a local college, which opened him up to other forms of music including Jazz and Classical. Robbe's roots though, have always remained for the most part Rock and Pop oriented. Playing in several local Rock bands, Robbe left the ones that didnt break up typically because of "lacking direction." Theres a lot of talent out there, but talent without focused direction doesnt go very far. "You try not to take things too seriously, but when passion rules, sometimes your emotions just take over." ROFO is another outlet for Robbe to let his Musical Passion Rule -- Robbe Foxx (aka ROFO) is now "back on the scene" and taking full control of his musical passion. With plenty of talent and material to call upon he is currently working on tracks for a Demo Album and pursuing Label/Artist Representation to maximize his potential.
