Press Reviews
"Grinding rock with some electronic elements tossed in for good measure, this trio gets straight to the point with their "no apologies" approach. Based on this submission, if these guys can pull off this aggressive onslaught with electronic textures onstage, they are definitely ripe for industry plucking." -Tonos.com
"Rivethead, a Finalist in the July A&R Drop Box, was recently contacted by a radio station in Dallas—the band's home turf—and they're going to be featured on the station. According to vocalist/guitarist/keyboardist Steve Page, it wouldn't have happened without them being tonosPRO members: "A local DJ, Chaz Knight, has gotten wind of our success with Tonos.com and has invited us to do a live broadcast to discuss what Rivethead is up to and how we have had success with Tonos. The station here in Dallas is KYNG (105.3-FM). Chaz was hugely instrumental in getting local band, Drowning Pool, airplay here in Dallas back when no one would play local music here. We're crossing all of our fingers and toes that the right people will be listening." The live broadcast is slated for October 13, from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m."-Tonos.com |
