Artist description Breathe is a semi classical, melodic filigree of acoustic and electric piano music. There are no other instruments. It is likely you will not have heard this type of music before. It was created instantaneously. I would be unable to play it again without having it professionally scored and then learning it note for note. The night my father died, two of the tracks on Breathe were recorded in the moment (in other words I played whatever came to me and recorded it) on my electric keyboard. I had been attempting to express feelings musically and was creating an orchestral arrangement using my computer. The program kept crashing, so in frustration I downed computer tools and just played the keyboard. Fortunately, I recorded it at the time (as I would never have been able to reproduce it) and the tracks Spring and White resulted. Many evenings, in the candlelight, I played my acoustic piano. Verdure, Azure and Amaranthine were created. I find this music healing and want to share it with you in the belief that you too will benefit. Throughout his life, my father was a planter of trees and wherever he lived, those trees can still be seen. Ironically, he died struggling for breath as a result of pneumonia. Trees are the lungs of mother earth. I dedicate this work to his memory.
