Artist description Burning Daylight formed in Rochester, N.Y. in early 2002. Less than a year later, the band traveled to Boston, Ma to begin work on their debut album with Los Angeles based producer Dan McLoughlin(Dinosaur Jr, Buffalo Tom). McLoughlin, who is also in the band The Push Stars, brought out the very best in Burning Daylight's finely crafted, instantly accesible songs. While the band's sound has been compared to both The Replacements and Wilco, the trio's energy and conviction give Burning Daylight a power and passion all its own.
