Artist History
Shoreborn start during 2000 when the bass player Emiliano Natali and the guitar player Emanuele Giraldo join the drummer Simone Napoli to give life to a band that includes many influences from widest frameworks of metal outline.
Leaving back to the past power metal experiences (Betelgeuse, Mizar), Shoreborn want to reach an extreme but also melodic sound on the wake of north–european bands like Dark Tranquillity and At The gates. To do that they call Luigi Ravarotto, yet Mavron, whose rough and screamy voice fits to the musical lines proposed.
Shoreborn play in various local exhibitions (Rockgarden, Montefiascone Rock, Nepidemia…) earning positive appreciations from public and organizers.
The leaving, due to strictly personal reasons of the singer and of the drummer lead the band to the break up at the beginning of summer 2001. After two months of contacts Emiliiano and Emanuele found again the band engaging the drummer Marco Scarino and the young guitar player Paolo Pieri; subsequently the coming of the screamer Voredoo give to the band the right vocal aggressiveness.
In the April 2002 Shoreborn enter the “Chabbro Studios” in Marta (VT) in order to record the debut prom cd ”Etheral Inner Hells”, self product with the precious collaboration of Marco Conest and Luigi Ravarotto.
