Artist description All Alone 88 pop/punk project started by 1 guy all alone in his room. Fed up with the Hawaii punk scene and the lack of musicians to write music and play with, I have holed my self up in my room and decided to record songs I have written over the last year or so, and release them on the net. Joined now by drummer Jeremy Barrett and bassist Justin Kolenc, All Alone 88 are preparing to begin to market their music via the live show. All songs on this site were recorded on a BOSS BR8 in my room, so sound quality isn't always first rate studio, but it's not bad either. The drums were done with the drum loop option, which by the way is very limited, on the BR8. I'm looking for any feedback, positive or negative that anyone wants to offer.

Artist History The All Alone 88 story really begins in April of 2001, when Tom Hennessy, the guitarist/vocalist of Wrong Way (check them out at www.mp3.com/wrongway) was forced to move to Hawaii. Leaving his band behind he set out to find new musicians in his new home and make a fresh start writing and creating crappy pop/punk rock anthems. After a few dead end bands, he joined up with Spent Beyond Means. After numerous line up and position changes it became clear that Spent Beyond Means was over and done, so Tom was once again bandless. Having wrote a great deal of new material, and really wanting to record and release it, Tom decided to start All Alone 88.
