Artist History
Stella hails from Surrey, England.
Previous work includes the 'Charismaniacs' a Devon based blues duo & a folk duo.
Stella's hosts voice workshops entitled 'Coming home to your voice'.
Combining 'natural voice' work with percussion and world chant these workshops
enable participants to find their own true 'soul voice'.
Her own material sprang from these workshops. It is characterised by the powerful/soulful
use of her voice. Her first, self produced, album 'Fallen' was completed in 2001.
The new, acoustic, album 'Goddess in Blue' was released in September 2002. Stella is supported by the guitar playing of Tony Bowler. Buy a copy! See below.
The duo are playing gigs around the North East of England. |
