Artist History "You can try to escape it, but it never truly leaves your soul once you start playing." This is Robbes opinion of music after attempting to step aside, leave music, and live a "normal life with a normal job" --whatever those are. Robbe has been a Musician -- Guitarist, Singer, Songwriter now for going on 15 years, (minus a short break) and has never felt inspired as much as he currently is. Early influences were mainly guitar heros including Eddie Van Halen and Jimi Hendrix, but after studying guitar/music at a local college his views were opened up more to other forms of music including Jazz and Classical. Robbes roots though, have always remained for the most part Rock and Pop oriented. Playing in several local bands, he left the ones that didnt break up typically out of frustration because of - "lacking direction." Talent without focused direction doesnt go very far. "You try not to take things too seriously, but when passion rules, sometimes your emotions just take over." Robbe is now back on the scene and taking full control of his musical passion. With plenty of talent and material to call upon, Robbe is currently working on tracks for a Demo Album and pursuing Label/Artist Representation to maximize his potential.
