Artist History
Mom played Classical, Dad listened to Folk and country, my first album was Bay City Rollers and then Bee Gees Greatest hits, followed by Abba and other disco classics (of course they weren't classics back then). I learned Piano and Violin while in Elementary, Trumpet in Middle School, and played Keyboard and Bass for a Metal Band in High School. My favorite things to listen to in High School were art and arena music like Journey, Prince, Hendrix, Styx, Rush, Yes, Pink Floyd, Electric Mayhem, Jethro Tull, Bowie, Elton John, Billy Joel, and the like. Then I started listening to a lot of Jesus hippy and art music (Larry Norman, Keith Green, Rich Mullins, Randy Stonehill, Daniel Amos, Michael Knott, Adam Again,...) and metal in College. Now I try to intergrate all those influences in my music. |
