Artist History
Jack Casey started the Collective in 1995. He got the idea of calling the group JAZZ COLLECTIVE by often changing musicians but keeping the trio together thus sharing the music. Today the trio has RIC CHANDLER on drums, a top London session musician who has worked with top artists such as Tricky and Billy Cobham. On Piano Gerry Rossie holds his own as first call player in Scotland. Gerry has been(and still is)the resident piano player for the Strathclyde Big Band for the past five years. On the bottom end is Jack Casey on the 6-string fretted and fretless bass, who has played with The Average White Band and sessions internationally.
