Artist History
Jeremy has been writing songs since his conception in 1978. He started working with Brett Mehiel in 1996, formed the Bennies in 1998, and is still a Bennie to this day. His band has opened up for Frank Black and the Catholics twice, and has recorded two albums to date (one with the infamous Steve Albini, engineer of such albums as Nirvana's 'In Utero' and the Pixies' 'Surfer Rosa'). Since The Bennies have not made an album since 2000, Jeremy took it upon himself to record many many home demos of his songs, performing all the instruments by himself on Alice the 4-Track. Those songs are what is featured on this website. For a CD of even more Jeremy Dubs songs, email him at jpaperclips@hotmail.com. |
