Artist History
My love for many different genre of music started when I was young. I didn't always enjoy what my friends were listening to because they only listened to one or two types of music. After I realized there were so much more out there, it made my listening more diverse and exciting. When I was old enough to go out to dance clubs, I noticed that the music was played in a non-stop format. The songs seem to flow into one another. The DJ was very good and I wanted to learn how to do that. I asked the DJ to teach me how to mix music and after speaking with the owner of the club, I started training that next weekend before the club opened. Months later I was hired as the club DJ after my mentor moved out of town. I worked for several years, mixing music and meeting great people. I stopped working in clubs a few years ago, but I still remember everything and I now use that experience to help me create songs on my computer. |
